For the guests who are attending the wedding breakfast. The menu is as follows:

Chef's Pate with Cumberland Sauce and Melba Toast.

Poached Breast of Chicken in a Mushroom and White Wine Sauce or for the vegetarians Goats cheese puff with Pesto sauce

Profiteroles

Coffee and Mints

There will be drinks served after the ceremony (hopefully outside if the weather is nice). A glass of wine with the meal and then a glass of champers for the toast.

The evening buffet will be the usual snack type foods, and the wedding cake will be served as dessert.
